I'm Lay and,

-I don't need to be skinny, to be in nice, expensive clothes - makeup, or other material things to feel beautiful.
-I don't need money and fame to show what I'm worth.
-I don't need a lot of friends - to feel loved and accepted, but having one, loyal and a trustworthy friend is all it takes.
-I don't need perfect grades nor having the need to come in first to display my intelligence or my potential.
-I don't need to see something to believe in something.
-I don't need a man to show me life is worth living.

and,

-I do accept myself for whoever I am, whoever I've become, whoever I will be.
-I live my life humbly - with great humility and doing good for others - is doing good for ME and for GOD.
-I am human, I make a great deal of mistakes [and at times, never learn from them] ,BUT every hole i get myself into - every bump i encounter IS what i'm accountable for - and I should deal with it - I can NOT blame others, because the only person that brought those burdens upon me is myself.
- I forgive whole-heartedly, not because I approve of the wrong-doing, but because its the only way I know I'll be at peace - and I'm all for peace!
-I know with God's grace, i'm left without my past burdens and sufferings; that is why I undoubtedly believe He helps make everything better.
-and I know what keeps me going, what keeps me away from temptation - from turning away from good IS ... my FAITH.
-I do adapt well to change, if it's for the better.
-I don't see the point of getting back nor the point of hating back, if there was a point in all of that... please let me know.
-I know our world is highly subjective - we all go through the same situations - BUT because we're different & unique, we all react to them differently ; so, If I say I understand - I truly do.

Everyone wants to feel special, I know. If there is a girl that makes you feel special, you pursue her. If there's a guy that makes you feel special, you pursue him. If there is a friend that makes you feel special, you do everything to keep the friendship. Everyone wants to be a part of something, to belong to someone to feel worthy of living. If one is constantly put down, shunned, or feels like they're not loved, one feels worthless - hopeless. But people are forgetting about God. I like this girl, but she doesn't like me ; I want to die. I can't live without her. [vice versa] What about God? God loves you and he always will, just believe in Him. And what some people don't know is that with God, everyone's special - everyone belongs. No one is being left out, no one is being mocked upon as if implying one is not good enough. With God, there is love; unconditional love. Even if you're not smart enough, not pretty enough, not rich enough - He will accept you and love you for what you're worth; because if you don't already know - you're everything to Him: you're His child. It's merely common sense, and it's built in us that we all have a purpose. We're all here to do something on behalf of God.

*Don't get me wrong though, if you love someone unconditionally and that someone makes you feel special, the more power to you. Because that's what God wants from all of us, to love and create life for more love to come. But, consider that love is God and God is love. It won't be love if it isn't godly.

-It's only what I think, don't judge me for anything. What I think is what I think, what you think is a different story. Nonetheless, every notion is important to me as it is to God.
